1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order, thereby setting-aside/ quashing the impugned
order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) so far it relates to petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at her present place of posting. 10.2 That, any other relief/ order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Medical Lab Technologist and was posted at District Hospital, Ambikapur. She was transferred from District Hospital, Ambikapur to Community Health Center, Manendragarh vide order dated 30.06.2025. Against the order of transfer, petitioner submitted a representation on 08.07.2025 before the Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy, however, till date the representation submitted by petitioner has not been considered and no orders has been passed. Therefore, direction be issued to the concerned committee under the Transfer Policy to take decision on the application/ representation within specified time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties as also considering Annexure P-6, copy of representation, wherein it also bears seal of concerned office of 08.07.2025, without commenting anything on the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the application of petitioner against her transfer, if already not decided, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
