Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law, in view of the subsequent events in the instant case. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above submissions made by respective parties, this Court is inclined to accord the permission to withdraw the lis. 5.
