Mr. Tandon, however, submits that the matter is fixed before the trial Court for tomorrow i.e., 10.07.2026, for final arguments. He, therefore, prays that he be granted at least some reasonable time to prepare the matter and to argue before the learned trial Court. 3. The request seems to be reasonable. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to fix the date within seven to ten days, according to its calendar, for final hearing. 4.
