JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.28643/2025. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19716-DB WA No. 877 of 2026 2. The writ petition was filed by the appellant/petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 26.08.2025 vide Annexure- F and G, whereby the petitioner's candidature for the post of Constable (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CRPF) has been rejected on the ground that the candidature of the petitioner does not qualify the physical requirements inasmuch as the petitioner's height was measured at 169.4 cm when the physical parameters were checked. 3. Against the rejection order, the petitioner had filed the appeal before the Appellate Authority for which re- measurement was taken and the petitioner's height was recorded as 169.3 cm. There is no denial to the fact that the requirement of height of the candidate to be appointed as Constable in CRPF is 170 cm which is provided in the notification inviting the applications for appointment to the post of Constable (GD) in CRPF. As the petitioner does not have the physical parameters to be appointed as Constable (GD) in CRPF, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19716-DB WA No. 877 of 2026 4. We find no reasons to interfere with the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge and therefore, the writ appeal stands dismissed. 5.
