This Interim Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition No.7(b) imposed by the order dated 17th December 2025 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2939 of 2025 by which, it has been directed that the Applicant shall attend Page 1 Sonali 45-IA-3361-2026.DOC the Police Station on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. 3. Ms. Pratiksha More, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has also been filed. She submits that the Applicant has co-operated with the investigation. 4. Accordingly, the condition imposed that the Applicant shall attend the Police Station on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial is relaxed and stands deleted. However, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 5. The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms. [MADHAV J.
