The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent-Tahasildar is not entering the names of the petitioners in the revenue records pursuant to the petitioners purchasing the property in question, namely 3 acres of land in Sy.No.108 old Sy.No.108/P46 situated at Neriga Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk under Registered Sale Deed dated 26.08.2024. 3. Having regard to the contentions of the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10600 WP No. 5349 of 2026 respondent-Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk, to proceed to enter the name of the petitioners in the land records pursuant to the Registered Sale Deed dated 26.08.2024 executed by Smt.Vanaja and others in favour of the petitioners. The RTC of the year 2023-2024 reflects the name of Smt.Vanaja W/o Late.P.Krishna Reddy, to an extent of 3 acres in the said survey number. Even if the J-slip is not received by the Tahsildar, it is the duty of the Tahsildar to find out from the Sub-Registrar concerned as to why the J-slip is not forwarded pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 26.08.2024. 4. The Tahsildar is required to proceed to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records pursuant to the Registered Sale Deed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
