CMP No.13030 of 2026 The present application under Section 152 CPC has been filed for correction in the judgment dated 26.05.2026, passed by the Principal Division Bench of this Court, whereas due to typographical mistake in paragraph No.18, it has been mentioned that the learned Single Judge had allowed the writ petition, whereas it should have been mentioned that learned Single Judge had dismissed the writ petition. 2. Accordingly, necessary corrections be made by the Office in paragarph 18 of the main judgment. 3. The second mistake which has occurred that Mr. Atul Chander Bhardwaj, Advocate had represented the respondent, however, the name of Mr. Aakash Thakur, Advocate has been mentioned as Advocate, for the respondent. 4. It is also brought to our notice that two cases were decided on the same date and Mr. Aakash Thakur, Advocate was appearing in the connected matter i.e. LPA No.600 of 2025. 5. Accordingly, let the necessary correction be also made by the Office regarding the presence of Mr. Atul Chander Bhardwaj, Advocate, for the respondent in the main case i.e. LPA No.601 of 2025. 6.
