In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to issue a mandatory direction to the trial Court to conclude the suit within a fixed time frame. However, considering the nature of dispute, it is expected that the trial Court shall make all endevours to conclude the trial within an outer limit of eight months from the date of production of copy of this order. 3.
