1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions in the nature of mandamus to the respondent no. 1 to remove the encroachment on the footpath of Road No. 316, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase-I, Delhi, including closing unauthorized water connection, electricity supply, if any, and removal of all temporary structure made at footpath for the purpose of office.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2/MCD states that the respondent no. 2 had inspected the site, and the facts mentioned in the present petition have been verified.
3. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case, and having perused the photographs of the encroachments filed along with the present petition, it is directed that the respondent no. 1 shall remove the This is a digitally signed order.
