The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not releasing financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), sanctioned to the Petitioner (Application I.D. No.OV2018119485) under „N.T.R Videshi Vidya Dharana‟ Overseas Scholarship scheme, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
The Petitioner had applied for financial assistance under „N.T.R Videshi Vidya Dharana‟ Overseas Scholarship scheme for the academic year 2018-2019 and the same was allotted with Application I.D. No.OV2018119485. After due verification, Respondent-Authorities sanctioned Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in favour of the Petitioner for pursuing M.B.B.S Course at Hebei Medical University, Shijiazhuang, China in two (02) installments vide Rc.No.B1/1840/2018-35, dated
14.06.2019. Though, the Petitioner had completed his M.B.B.S Course, the financial assistance as promised to the Petitioner was not disbursed to him. Hence, the present Writ Petition is

filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that the application of the Petitioner would be considered and amounts would be sanctioned, if the Petitioner is within the conditions specified, for release of the amounts. 4. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is
disposed of, with the following directions:-
(i) The Respondents are directed to examine the claim of the Petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
(ii) In the event, the claim of the Petitioner is held to be in order, the Respondents are directed to release the amounts to the Petitioner within a further period of eight (08) weeks.
(iii) There shall be no order as to costs.
