By filing this writ petition, the petitioner prays to execute the order passed by the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoghar for removal of the encroachment. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of the fact that a date has been fixed for removing the encroachment, the respondents are not taking any step. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the respondent No.4-Circle Officer, Deoghar to immediately take steps as per the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoghar for removing the encroachments preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, provided that there is no interim order staying the execution process by any superior authority. 5.
