This application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, namely, Zeetendra Salai, apprehending his arrest in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Bharalumukh P.S. Case No. 102/2026 registered under Sections 61(2)/126(2)/308(2)/74/351(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. Cased diary as called for has been received. 4. It is submitted by the learned Addl. PP that the statements of the witnesses supports the allegation made in the FIR. 5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim protection granted by the Court, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has been recorded and furthermore, his mobile phone has also been seized and therefore, his custodial interrogation is no longer necessary. 6. Having regard to the above and the nature of allegation, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, the order of interim pre-arrest bail dated 17.07.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 8. It is further directed that the petitioner shall not attempt to intimidate or influence the victim or the witnesses in any manner. 9.
