Uddin, learned counsel for the accused and Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. Pursuant to the Order dated 28.07.2026, Mr. Lahkar has produced one W.T. Message of the Inspector of Police, Officer-in-Charge of Mererchar Police Station, district Bongaigaon, and on the basis of the said message, charge-sheet has been submitted against one Rofikul Islam, who is presently absconding; under Section 137(2) of BNS, 2023, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, read with Section 3 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. It appears that the present applicant has not been charge-sheeted in this case and since he has not been charge-sheeted, his apprehension of arrest seizes to exist. In that view of the matter, this application becomes infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. The W.T.
