We have heard Ms. B Chowdhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Imsenkala, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. N Kohli, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A Roy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants for condoning the delay of 75 days in preferring the connected appeal.
