Sinha, Advocate. ------ 03/ 12.01.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2) and 318(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is arising out of partnership deed and the petitioner and the informant have entered into a partnership with regard to installation of crusher plant and 80% of the profit was fixed for the informant and 20% for the petitioner. He next submits that the said partnership was to be started with effect from 01.09.2022, however, the same has not been started due to ailment of the informant. He also submits that the money in question has been transferred in the account of the father of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer and submit that the allegation of cheating is there. Learned counsel appearing for [2026:JHHC:659] -2- the informant further adds that the informant has fallen ill and thereafter the crusher plant machineries have been fraudulently sold by the petitioner. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the matter is arising out of partnership deed and allegation is there of not sharing the profit, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar, in connection with Manika P.S.
