In view of the order proposed to be passed in the present petition, no reply is required to be called from the respondents. 3. The petitioner is suffering from 70% permanent locomotor disability.   At present he is serving as Centre Head Teacher at GCPS Majhwar, Education Block, Sadar­ 1, District Mandi, H.P. 4. The   petitioner   has   made   a   representation   to transfer   him   from   the   present   place   of   posting   in 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:3395 condonation of short stay on medical/disability ground, as per Annexure P­2, on 17.01.2026.   In the representation, the petitioner has stated that a post of CHT is going to fall vacant   on   28.02.2026,   at   Government   Central   Primary School, Purani Mandi, Education Block Sadar­1, District Mandi, H.P. 5. Though this Court would not have entertained a petition   seeking   the   relief   as   claimed   in   the   present petition, but keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is suffering   from   70%   permanent   locomotor   disability,   a direction   is   being   issued   to   the   competent   authority   to decide the representation made by the petitioner within three weeks and consider his request, keeping in view the disability   and   if   possible,   adjust   him   at   the   place mentioned in the representation and if not, in the nearby suitable place. 6.
