By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, Aminur Rahman, Anuja Begum, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 149/2025 registered under Sections 127/308/351/61(2)(a)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, Corresponding G.R 717/2025. 3. Mr. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.201/2025 dated 26.11.2025. 4. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the learned court below within 15 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
