The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 362 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 61(2), 111(3), 111(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no principal offence is stated in the FIR and the petitioner has been roped in this case only on the ground of suspicion that he was engaged with the Prince Khan gang. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The only allegation against him is that this petitioner and other co-accused Abhishek Pandey @ Akku deposited Rs.31,500/- in the account of Aman Kumar Gupta and other accused persons. It is also submitted that the other co- accused namely Abhishek Pandey @ Akku has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 11753 of 2025. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
