The petitioner- abovenamed, who is in custody since 27.09.2025 has prayed for regular bail in connection with Bariyatu (Latehar) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 111(6), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that on the basis of material on record, no offence under the Arms Act is made out as no arms was seized from this petitioner. The only allegation is that two mobile phones and Rs.5,000/- had been seized from the possession of the petitioner. Further, he does not have criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty- Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
