Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "(1). Issue a writ,order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and Directing the respondent no.2 i.e. Tehsildar (judicial), Tehsil Bhatparrani, Distrct-Deoria to decide the case no. 2628 of 2025 (Computerized case no. T 202505200502628) Rahul singh vs. Ramekbal singh under section 34 u.p. revenue code 2006, within a stipulated period which is pending in the court of Tehsildar (judicial), Tehsil Bhatparrani, District-Deoria." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Mutation Case No.2628 of 2025, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 17.04.2025. He prays that the said case may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has no objection in the event this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the pending mutation case, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Bhatparrani, District Deoria Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashish Kumar Yadav, Ashok Kumar, Gyan Prakash Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
