CORAM:
JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY
Order No.
ORDER
11.02.2026
02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dtd.18.08.2025 so passed by Opposite Party No.3 under Annexure-6, but in course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly contended that since the property statement for the year 2024 was not submitted by the Petitioner within the extended time period, through online her claim was not considered in the DPC held on 12.06.2025.
4. It is however contended that in the meantime Petitioner has already uploaded her property statement on line on 01.01.2026.
4.1. Accordingly, it is contended that Opposite Party No.3 be directed to consider the claim of the Petitioner for promotion as and when fresh DPC will be held.
5. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State has no serious objection to the course of action proposed.
6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties, considering the submissions made and without interfering with the impugned order under Annexure-6, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.3 to consider the claim of the Petitioner in the next DPC and as when it will be held and subject to the condition that Petitioner is found eligible in all respect.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
