Accordingly, the respondent has issued a DD No.974287 for Rs.11,28,150/- drawn on Karur Vysya Bank Limited, Salem Main Branch, to the petitioner as claimed. In this regard, a memo has been filed to that effect along with a copy of the Demand Draft. 2. In view of the above, nothing survives in the matter for further adjudication. Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as nothing survives.
