The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to remove the garbage bins that have been placed in front of the main entrance gate of the petitioner’s residence at Kumar Farm, Village Jonapur, Mandi Road, Near Chhatarpur, New Delhi-110047 (hereinafter the ‘subject property’). A further direction is sought that the garbage bins shall not be placed adjoining to the petitioner’s residence at the subject property. This is a digitally signed order. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing that the respondent no.1/MCD shall not place the garbage bins outside the boundary wall of the subject property or within 30 metres from the main entrance gate of the subject property.
