Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. M. Sarmah, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Canara Bank. 2. The Petitioner herein is aggrieved by the action on the part of the Respondent No.2 Bank in freezing the account of the Petitioner bearing Savings Account No.110304316150 maintained in the Canara Bank Morigaon Branch, Morigaon. 3. In the opinion of this Court that taking into account the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for NCRP-CFCFRMS, Custody, Restoration of Money and Grievance Redressal dated 02.01.2026, the Petitioner would be well advised to approach the home branch of the Petitioner Bank and file a complaint expressing his grievance for the suspension of the Petitioner's Bank Account 4. It is observed that upon filing of such complaint, the Branch Manager, Canara Bank of the Morigaon Branch shall take necessary steps as per SOP dated 02.01.2026 and the Authorities concerned shall do the needful within the time Page No.# 3/3 stipulated in the said SOP. 5.
