Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for admission, a preliminary objection has been taken by learned Additional Advocate General qua maintainability thereof, on the strength of the documents which are appended with the petition, on the ground that their veracity is doubtful. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has already filed a representation (Annexure P-19) to the Authority, interest of justice would be served in case the said representation is decided by the Authority. 3. This Court is of the considered view that let the petitioner file a fresh representation to the Director General of Police and if any such representation is filed within four weeks from today on the issues raised in the petition, then appropriate order be 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:21921 passed thereupon within 12 weeks as from the date of receipt thereof.
