Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has made a limited prayer that the representation dated 16.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2 – District Collector, Bundi, be decided in a time bound manner. Considering the limited submission so made and without delving into the merits of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 within a period of six weeks from today i.e. 30.03.2026 strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
