The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No.393 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 643 of 2024 (S.T. Case No. 337 of 2025) registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected twice vide order dated 04.09.2024 in B.A. No. 6131 of 2024 and vide order dated 23.04.2025 in B.A. No. 3191 of 2025. It is next submitted that the fresh ground is that in the meanwhile though charge has been framed but no witness has been examined by the trial court, in this case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Addl. P.P. on the other hand vehemently opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation against him of committing dowry death of his wife as well as the fact that his prayer for regular bail has already been rejected twice, this Court is not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected for the same reasons as mentioned in the order dated 04.09.2024, passed in B.A. No. 6131 of 2024.
