The petitioner is an accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage, but the family of the petitioner has refused to solemnize marriage of the petitioner with the informant resulting in institution of case. It appears from the FIR that the informant and the petitioner had stayed for one year as wife and husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Korrah P.S.
