The petitioner had submitted his representation dated 17.03.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner’s request for survey and demarcation of the boundaries. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 8, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
