By way of this application, a prayer has been made that the name of petitioner figures at serial No.5 (Suresh Kumar) has become twice, i.e. at serial Nos.5 and 7 and similarly, the name of petitioners No.14 and 15 are required to be deleted from the array of parties as they have been inadvertently mentioned in the Memo of Parties. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to allow the said corrections to be incorporated in the memo of parties and take on record the amended memo of parties. In light of the prayers made in the application, the same is allowed and the name of petitioner figures at serial No.5 (Suresh Kumar) be read at serial No.5 and similarly, the name of petitioners No.14 and 15 are ordered to be deleted from the array of parties.
