Petitioner is the son of an elderly lady. 2. Petitioner complains that, his mother is being withheld by an old age home and that, petitioner is not being allowed to visit his mother. 3. In paragraph 5 of the writ petition, petitioner alleges that, the home concerned is trying to pressurize the petitioner to make over the Title Deeds of the immovable property owned by his mother. 4. As the averments in the petition stands, petitioner is well aware where his mother is presently located. In fact, it transpires from the petition itself, petitioner put up his mother at a home. According to the petitioner, his mother went away from such home and is presently with the new home. 5. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record. 6. It appears from such report, the mother of the 2 petitioner lodged a complaint with the police alleging that, the petitioner and his wife were mistreating her and were after her properties. 7. We are not minded to intervene exercising our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of a writ of habeas corpus in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 8. Petitioner is well aware of the location of his mother. There are disputes and differences inter se between the petitioner and his mother. There is a police complaint lodged by the mother of ill- treatment as against the petitioner. 9. In such circumstances, WPA (H) 7 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
