Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order which was passed against the petitioner and his brothers S/Sh. Arun Thakur and Tarun Thakur as also Smt. Meena Devi wife of Sh. Arun Thakur, CWP No.6578/2026 is pending adjudication i.e. instituted against the same very impugned order by Sh.Tarun 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Thakur. Since order impugned is common, therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as he would move an appropriate application seeking his impleadment as petitioner in the aforesaid writ petition. 3. Granting such liberty, as prayed for, the present writ petition to stand disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
