In light of the fact that the petitioner is serving against a State Cadre Post, his request to be adjusted in District Mandi, H.P. does not weighs with the Court. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner does file and representation for his adjustment in a District other than Mandi, for example Districts Kangra, Una and Sirmour, then the respondent may adjust him in these Districts. It be ensured that the petitioner is not transferred to an area which is a hard or a difficult area by the State. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
