The petitioner has directly challenged the order dated 10.2.2026 rejecting his application under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. by means of petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3. In view of the nature of relief claimed in the application which, if granted, would result in rejection of plaint, the order is revisable under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure as amended in the State of U.P.. 4. This petition is disposed of on the ground of availability of alternative remedy of filing a revision. 5. Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from today after retaining its photostat copy on record. 6. Whenever a revision is filed, its copy shall be served upon Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal by counsel for the petitioner/revisionist.
