The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed. Further, it is seen that petitioner is on interim protection by order dated 02.07.2026 and the said interim protection is directed to be extended till 04.08.2026 for enabling the petitioner to move the appropriate application within the said time frame before the concerned Court.
