JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 09.09.2025 at Annexure -B submitted by the Petitioner and grant an additional increment; b) Direct the Respondents to re-fix the salary, pension and all retiral benefits of the Petitioner by including the said annual increment with all consequential monetary benefits; c) Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3. 3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the representation at Annexure-B submitted by the petitioner has not - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20569 WP No. 10232 of 2026 been considered by the respondents even till today and as such petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Under these circumstances and rival submissions, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision pursuant to the representations and Annexure-B submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law bearing in mind the order at Annexure-A and order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11822/2019 and connected matters dated 13.09.2023 and WP.No.20165/2023 dated 09.10.2023 and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
