By the present application, the applicants /original claimants seek permission to delete the names of respondent/non-applicant Nos. 3 and 4 from the array of respondents in First Appeal, which has already been finally disposed of by this Court on 20/01/2026. 2. The applicants contended that non-applicant No.3, Jagannath s/o Pancham Pal, died on 22/05/2026, whereas non-applicant No.4 namely Smt. Usha w/o Jagannath Pal, died on 01/05/2021. They were the parents-in-law of appellant No.1 and the great- grandparents of appellant No.2. It is, therefore, contended that the applicants are entitled to receive the entire amount of enhanced compensation payable in terms of the judgment and order dated 20/01/2026 passed by this Court. 3. In view of the fact that non-applicant Nos.3 and 4 were the parents-in-law of appellant No.1 and the great- grandparents of appellant No.2, permission is granted to 2 909caf3825.2026.odt the applicants to delete their names from the array of respondents. 4. Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the memo of appeal as well as in the judgment and order dated 20/01/2026. 5. After carrying out the necessary amendment, the enhanced compensation shall be disbursed and paid to the appellants in equal shares. 6. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of. (Y.G.
