ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.
3. The learned Government appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that as prayed for by the petitioner, survey and demarcation of boundaries of the subject property has been completed on

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the respondents seeking re-survey and police assistance.
5. After recording the rival submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent seeking re-survey of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application by the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
