Learned counsel representing the petitioner, at the outset, makes a limited submission that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation (Annex.3) of the petitioner within a particular time frame.
2. In light of such limited submission, it is hereby directed that the aforesaid pending representation of the petitioner shall be decided by
[2026:RJ-JP:38035] (2 of 2) [CW-18801/2026] the respondents, by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of ‘four weeks’ from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
