2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner purchased Mayil Mark samba ravai and after consuming the same, he experienced irritation and symptomatic pain in his stomach and admitted in hospital. In this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint to the respondent and the respondents have also seized the food items. The petitioner requested the respondents to expose the brand name and manufacturing company name of the brand of rava seized and the same was sent to lab for testing . However, the report has not been published so far. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to release the test report of Mayi Mark Samba Rava and the same is pending. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
