By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 693 days in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal. It is pointed out that due to inadvertent mistake of the Counsel, the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 18.07.2023 was not noted down. Consequently, the registration of the appeal was refused. It is stated that when the applicant approached to the Counsel then while taking search of the matter, this fact came to his knowledge. 2. Hence, considering the reason stated, the delay of 693 days in filing the restoration of appeal is condoned, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to the ‘Public Welfare Account’ bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code 69 cao 751-2025.odt 2 UBIN0812978, Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 3.
