This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing him to implead the informant as respondent No. 2 in Crl.Pet./1031/2026. 3. Mr. Baidya, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed one petition, being Crl.Pet./1031/2026, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 117/2021, which is pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Lakhimpur, at North Lakhimpur. He also submits that in the said petition, he has not arrayed the informant as necessary party in view of the Notification No. 17, dated 15.03.2024, issued by the Registry of this Court, and as such, the present interlocutory application is preferred for allowing impleadment of the informant in Crl.Pet./1031/2026, as respondent No. 2. 4. However, it appears that the applicant has sought for impleading the Officer, who filed the FIR by name and she appears to be a Judicial Officer, and presently, not holding the said post. 5. In that view of the matter, it is provided that the informant be impleaded by designation as Secretary, DLSA, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur in Crl.Pet./1031/2026, as respondent No. 2. 6. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. 7.
