The instant misc. application has been filed by the applicant seeking some more time to deposit the 15% amount of the cheque amount in compliance of the order dated 15.05.2024 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.449/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed Criminal Revision Petition No.449/2024 which was disposed of on 15.05.2026 on account of compromise arrived at between the parties and he was directed to pay the 15% of the cheque amount before the Rajasthan Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur within a period of one month. But, due to unavoidable circumstances, he was unable to deposit the said amount before the Rajasthan Legal [2026:RJ-JP:35964] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-501/2026] Services Authority, Jodhpur and filed an application on 06.04.2026 before this Court to extend the time to deposit the abovesaid amount. Thereafter, this Court has allowed the application and extend further 60 days time to deposit the 15% of the cheque amount but he was unable to do so. 3. Now the applicant further seeks time to deposit the 15% of the cheque amount before the Rajasthan Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is ready and willing to deposit the abovesaid amount. 4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Applicant is granted further 40 days time to deposit the 15% of the cheque amount before the Rajasthan Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur. (FARJAND ALI),J 125/Amit Kumar
