Pursuant to our order dated 31.03.2026, Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned Central Government Counsel has informed this Court that now the petitioner is getting the minimum wages, which was one of her demands. A communication dated 13/17.07.2026, issued under the signature of Sr. Superintendent, RMS, GH Division, Guwahati, has also been placed before this Court, which is taken on record. The afore-noted communication demonstrates that the minimum wages to the petitioner has been sanctioned. Thus, we deem it appropriate to close this petition, leaving the claim of regularization of the petitioner open, for which necessary representation shall be made by the petitioner, in case so advised and desired, which shall be looked into by the employers in a right perspective. With the afore-noted observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
