The present petition challenges the order dated 17.02.2026 in O.S. No.300/2018 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Tumakuru (for short, 'the trial Court'). 3. Sri. Prasanna V.R., learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for some time submits that the time granted for valuation and payment of Court fee in the impugned order, though has expired, is insufficient and not reasonable having regard to the quantum of Court fee that is, to be paid under Section 38 of the Karnataka Court-Fee and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, as held by the trial Court. 3.1 Learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage submits to extend the time limit granted by the trial Court. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be granted 60 days time for fresh valuation of the suit and to pay Court Fee on such valuation. 6.
