Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No. 669 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Tangi arising out of Nirakarpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 3. Gone through the FIR as at Annexure-1. Mr. Pandey, learned counsel appears for the informant and files the Vakalatnama today and the same is taken on record. It is submitted to the Court by Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner, who is a neighbour of the informant, hence, therefore, he should be allowed to go on bail, which is seriously opposed by the State and Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the informant. Without expressing anything on merits and since, petitioner had earlier approached this Court in 2022, it is directed that he should be surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail by the following order. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within a fortnight from today and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be considered by learned J.M.F.C., Tangi in connection with G.R. Case No. 669 of 2025 corresponding to Nirakarpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2025 during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he shall approach the Sessions Court for orders on the same day during second hours itself. 6.
