Heard Sri. Nachiket Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Akanksha Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully perused Clause 36 of the LLP Agreement dated 01st March, 2024 (Annexure-A), which provides for dispute resolution through an Arbitrator. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, a retired District Judge be appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. 4. Therefore, Sri. Bailur Shankar Rama, District Judge (Retired) is appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties in the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru. 5. In order to avoid further delay in the matter, the parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru on 15th April, 2026. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14017 CMP NO.669 OF 2025 6. All claims and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal. 7.
