Though the looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but considering the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and his period of custody which is since 12.11.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) PS Case No. 504/2025.
