By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to immediately restore/reinstate the Petitioner’s Instagram business account “@luvcreation_” with all data, followers and content; b) Direct the Respondents to provide a detailed, reasoned and speaking order specifying the exact policy/community guideline violated, offending content/activity and the material relied upon for disabling the account; c) Hold and declare the impugned action arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India; d) Award appropriate compensation and damages for loss of business, loss of commercial goodwill, reputational injury, disruption of digital business operations and mental harassment caused due to the arbitrary actions of the Respondents...” e) Award costs of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner...” This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, having become infructuous. 5. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition. 6.
