The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rania PS Case No. 33/2025, registered u/s 191(2)/ 191(3)/ 190/126(2)/ 127(2)/115(2)/109/132/352 of the BNS 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khunti. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the organizers of Diar Mela, which is being organized continuously since last 10 years without any complaint and untoward incident. She also submits that on the fateful day, some miscreants have indulged in altercation and pursuant to that, quarrel has been made. She further submits that the said allegations are there against 40 to 50 unknown persons. She also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in Para 13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State oppose the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault upon the police officer. 2026:JHHC:1670 2 5. In the FIR itself, it has come that 40 to 50 persons were indulged in the said hooliganism. Petitioners are said to be the organizer of the said Diar Mela, which was being conducted since last 10 years and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khunti, in connection with Rania PS Case No. 33/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
